Gus Quinonez
Realtor®
Gus is an accomplished agent. In his 23 years of experience as a professional real estate consultant he has been in the top 1% of realtors nationwide, has closed over $100,000,000 in sales, has been a hall of fame recipient, has earned the Inspiration of the Year Award and served on the Leadership Council. He is also fluent in German and graduated from UCI.
He spends his free time with his sons, both Eagle Scouts. He is an avid runner and was an Olympic Trials qualifier. He also coaches the running team at Huntington Beach High. The same dedication he gives to the pursuit of perfection in long distance running he gives to his clients in going the distance with them in their real estate transactions.
Alejandro Cejas

Alejandro has a background in international real estate investing and insurance. He is from the Canary Islands, Spain. He received his bachelor’s degree in Business Management from Barry University in Miami, FL. He works closely with Gus to guarantee that our clients have smooth transaction. He is also fluent in Spanish.
He enjoys spending his free time with his daughter, boating, skateboarding, playing tennis, and traveling home to see family and friends.
Laurie Beverage
Team Manager
Laurie Beverage brings more than two decades of accounting and management experience and her ability to represent our client’s best interests and integrate that with a smooth transaction has made our team successful in closing millions of dollars in transactions. No detail is too small or challenge too large for the Quinonez Group and we are all about the details.
In her free time she does camping trips in her vintage Aloha trailer with a women’s camping group. She also paints, surfs, and supports the Pancreatic Cancer Foundation.
